      i'm sorry to hear about this trouble, but i think all users would be gratefull if they receive an email with this explanation and instructions of what they should do to restablish their account, supposing the emails weren't lost of course

      Can't email them, since their email was on their account. :p  Yeah, it sucks. It was only 300 or 400 people, at least.
