Game won't save - possible cause found
I didn't realize that the system gave you a default character, so I created one under my account name. Now I have two characters named the same thing, and I think that since one is being used while playing but the second is unused the system isn't saving over the one in use. I don't know if that makes sense... I want to get rid of the second character so I only have one again. How can I do that?
TL;DR, how do I delete a character slot and how the hell do I save?

Saving only works on the test server. Are you sure you were playing on the test server? Having two of the same name shouldn't matter.
